PINEAPPLE MARSH MALLOW
Ingredients:
Pineapple slice : 1 Tin
Gelatin : 2 Tbsp.
Boiling water : 1 Cup
Sugar : 1/2 Cup
Salt : A Pinch
Egg white : 2
Vanilla : 1 Tsp
Method:
Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup of pineapple juice for 10 minutes.
Add boiling water, salt, vanilla and leave to cool.
Then add beaten egg white and sugar and beat well for 10 minutes.
Finally add shredded pineapple pieces and mix well.
Cut when set.
