ALMOND PUDDING

Ingredients For Pudding:

Egg whites : 6
Sugar : 1/2 Cup
Gelatin : 4 Tbsp.

Method:

Beat egg whites and sugar stiffly.

Melt gelatin and pour into the the egg white mixture.

Add 4 Tbsp. whipped cream and fold gently.

Ingredients For Almond Caramel:

Sugar : 1/2 Cup
Almonds : 1/4 Cup

Method:

Take 1/2 cup sugar and melt in a dry pan, when it turns golden brown add almonds and mix well.

Spread the mixture on a greased paper and when dry roll into powder.

Take a glass bowl and alternate layers of egg mixture and powdered almonds.

Cool till set and serve.
