BANANA MOUSSE

Ingredients:

Gelatin : 1 Tbsp.
Sugar : 1 Cup
Mashed bananas : 1 Cup
Egg whites : 3
Lemon Juice : 1 Tbsp.

Method:

Soften gelatin in 1/3 cup of water.

Add the same amount of boiling water and mix sugar.

And stir over slow flame until dissolved.

Then pour in the banana pulp stirring all the time.

Wait till it starts boiling and immediately remove from flame.

When cool stir in the lemon juice and beat until light.

Then gradually beat in the stiffly beaten egg white and fold gently.

Pour into a wet glass bowl lined with slices of banana.

And before serving turn over on a glass plate.
