JELLY CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients:

Biscuits : 1Cup
Strawberry Jelly : ½ packet
Lime : ¼
Condensed milk : ¼ tin
Butter : 4 Tbsp.
Yogurt : 1 cup
Water : 1/4 Cup
Cream : 1/2 Cup

Method:

Crush the biscuits.

Melt the butter pour it over the biscuits and press the biscuits on the base and sides in a glass dish.

Dissolve jelly in boiling water.

Mix the jelly and condensed milk.

Add the lime juice then the curds.

Then fold in the cream.

Pour it into the biscuit shell, keep in the fridge till set.
