CARROT ROLLS

Ingredients:

Carrot : 6 nos.
Cheese : 50 gms
Lime juice :to taste
Flour : 1 teaspoon
Milk : ½ cup
Red or Green Peppers:2 Tbsp chopped
Ginger : ½ inch
Bread crumbs :50 gms.
Salt and pepper:to taste

Method:

Wash and grate the carrot, cut into small pieces add salted boiling water, cook till tender. Strain and smash.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil fry minced onions, ginger and the peppers. Then add the carrot,fry and keep.

Melt the butter, add the flour add the milk and make a sauce, boil and when it becomes thick remove add the carrot, bread crumbs, lime juice and salt.Mix well spread it on a plate and keep it till firm for 20 minutes.

Divide into portions form into rolls dip in flour paste, roll in bread crumbs and bake or deep fry.
