CHEESE TOAST

Ingredients:

Bread :4 slices
Egg :1
Butter :1 teaspoon
Cheese :3 table spoon
Mustard powder :to taste
Salt :to taste

Method:

Cut each slice into three with the Crumbs.

Cream cheese and butter.

Add the yolk and cream again.

Beat the egg white stiff add to the creamed mixture.

Add salt and mustard powder to taste.

Dip bread in this spread and place on a hot griddle and pour a teaspoon of oil and cook on one side.

Turn over and fry again till light golden and serve hot immediately.
