CELERY SOUP

Ingredients:

Celery - 1 bunch

Onions - 2

Potato -1

Bay leaf -1

Water - 6 cups

Milk - 1 cup

Fresh cream - 1 Tbsp.

Pepper and salt - To taste

Method:

Boil water, add all ingredients except milk and fresh cream and cook on slow fire for an hour.

Strain, add a cup of milk and boil for another 10 minutes.

Add fresh cream before taking it off the flame.

As celery is considered to have zero calories, this soup is excellent for dieters but they should avoid fresh cream and milk.
