CHICKEN SOUP

Ingredients:

Chicken - 500 gms.

Water - 6 glasses.

Pepper and salt - To taste.

Method:

Wash and clean the chicken, put in a sauce pan with water pepper and salt and cook on slow fire for an hour.

When cooked strain and serve.

This soup is very mild and excellent to drink for people suffering from cold, cough or any other sickness as there are no harsh spices or oil to irritate.
