Ingredients:
Flour : 1 Cup
Butter : 1 Cup
Sugar : 1 Cup
Chocolate Powder : 1/2 Cup
Eggs : 2
Milk : 2 Tbsp.
Vanilla : 1/2 Tsp.
Baking Powder : 1/2 Tsp.
Method:
Dissolve chocolate in milk.
Beat butter and sugar to a cream.
Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
Add chocolate mixture, flour, baking powder and vanilla and mix well.
Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven.
Chocolate Butter Filling :
Ingredients:
Powdered Sugar : 6 Tbsp.
Butter : 6 Tbsp.
Chocolate Powder : 3 Tsp.
Vanilla : 1/4 Tsp.
Method:
Mix all the ingredients into a smooth cream and when the cake is cool cut in the center into two halves and spread the butter cream and close.
Chocolate Icing For the Top:
Powdered Sugar : 1 Cup.
Warm milk : 2 Tbsp.
Chocolate cubes : 1/4 Cup
Method For Icing :
Dissolve chocolate cubes in warm milk and heat over a gentle flame.
Stir in powdered sugar and mix well until smooth and pour over cake and spread evenly.
