HOT DOGS

Ingredients:

Minced Meat : 200 gms.
Onion            : 1
Ginger           : 1 inch
Yogurt          : 3 tablespoon
Bread            : 14 slices
Cardamoms  : 2
Cinnamon     : 1 inch
Cloves          : 2
Pepper corn  : 2 tablespoons
Mint leaves   : a few
Eggs             : 2
Salt              : To Taste
Bread Crumbs : ½ cup

Method:

Mince the onions and the mint leaves.

Add the rest of the spices to the meat, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt to taste and cook.

When dry grind to a paste.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil fry the minced onion.

When the onions are transparent add the boiled ground meat.

Add the chopped leaves, fry for a few minutes and then add the yogurt and fry till dry.

Cool and form into 7 balls.

Cut the bread into rounds, butter one side and sandwich two together.

Flatten the balls of meat and put it in between the two slices.

Coat the sandwiched bread with the egg, roll in bread crumbs and deep fry or bake at 200 c for 15 minutes.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
