MAHOGANY CAKE

Ingredients:

Cocoa : 2 tablespoons
Instant Coffee Powder : 2 tsp.
Boiling Water : ½ cup
Butter : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Vinegar : ½ tsp.
Vanilla : 1 tsp.
Flour : 1 cup
Baking Soda : ¾ teaspoon
Salt : a pinch
Eggs : 2

Method:

Dissolve the coffee powder in boiling water add the Cocoa.

Sift the flour with salt and the soda.

Cream butter add the sugar cream well and add the beaten eggs little by little and cream.

Add the vanilla and vinegar.

Add the flour alternatively with the coffee and mix .
Bake at 150 C for 40 minutes or till done.

When cold Ice the cake.
